Virginia continued to chase the sellers' agent for requested information and was more responsible for this transaction closing for both sides than the sellers' agent was for his clients. The property was located out of town, and my inspection period was during a busy time for my job. Virginia went to view the property and even took some family with her to assist with measurements. Lastly, she looks very attractive in red, which she wore to the closing.

Virginia is like no other realtor, she is knowledgeable, she’s keeps you informed, she does not treat you like a number, she’s very nice and professional. She helped us through our entire buying process and stayed on top of things till the day that we closed. I would recommend her to anyone.

We had some issues with the first lender and she reccomended another and they were able to close in a very quick and organized process. The most important thing about Virginia is that she doesn't give up once the individual has made their mind up on what home they would like to purchase. We never went more than 48 hours without having an update, and Virginia made sure that our deadline was met for the house. She has followed up with us during the weeks after closing to make sure that we were happy and there weren't any problems with the house, as we bought a new build. Virginia Skinner showed me some homes a few years ago when I first thought about moving to the Hernando area. When I sold my house in Navarre, FL., I called her with a list of homes to see that I'd found on-line and she patiently showed them and made recommendations. I finally decided that an already lived in home wouldn't fit the ticket and asked her to check out some new construction for me (I was back in Navarre, FL packing and prepping for the closing of that house). Virginia was great in her response and sent me video's of the main home I liked and worked with me and the builder on a contingency offer for a cash sale. It all went smoothly and she filled in for me at closing as I was still in Navarre closing on that house. The whole experience has been the best I've had and after a career in the USAF and many moves on my own after retirement, I have a lot to compare it with.

Virginia was a true partner throughout the home selling & buying process. She kept me in the loop while also shielding me from of the difficulties in negotiating terms and repairs. Whenever I needed a resource (septic, wood repair, roofing etc) she had a contact name and number at hand. I can't tell you how much stress that relieved. She really helped me prioritize the tasks needed to list the house, get it past inspections and ultimately close. She was also great about sending or calling with gentle reminders of the things I needed to do as they came due. Overall I really appreciate her level of friendly professionalism. If I ever buy/sell again, I'll be sure to call her. I've already recommended her to several people.

This was a long process made easier by the professionalism of the agent. I know she was making calls behind the scenes to get information and pass along information to make the process easier. We ran in to several road blocks and she made them feel like small bumps in the road. She made sure my home was out there for showing and followed up after each showing to see if we needed to make changes to make the home sale.
